Sixteen photos, every car, the same every time
At handover the technician is guided through a fixed series of shots. No more loose snapshots, but a file that looks the same for every car.
Sixteen fixed spots
From the left-hand side to the boot, always in the same order. The technician never has to work out what is still missing.
A check after every photo
One question after each shot: keep it or retake it. A retake is allowed once per spot, so a crooked close-up never reaches the file.
Skipping is allowed, never without a reason
If a car does not have the spot, you pick a reason. That reason stays on the work order, so the file also says what is NOT in it, and why.
Works without a signal too
No connection in the bay? The photos wait in the queue and go out as soon as there is signal again. The app shows they are still on their way.
Filed correctly right away
Every shot lands under exterior or interior in the work order's photo file. Nobody has to sort them afterwards.
You decide what the customer sees
Per photo you switch on sharing with the customer portal. The customer views them there and downloads the lot as one archive.
