A Dutch plate fills in the vehicle
Type the registration at intake and the make, the model and the technical details come back from the national vehicle register. It saves typing, and more to the point it keeps the wrong car from ending up under the right job.
Company details come from the register, not from a form
Adding a business account, you look its Chamber of Commerce number up and the legal name and address come back with it. Its VAT number is checked against the European validation service as well, so what ends up on the invoice comes out of a register rather than out of a form somebody filled in.
Dealer and lease work is billed once a period
A garage or a lease company gets one document a period listing each car, its plate and its treatment, rather than thirty separate invoices. Finished work that has not yet been picked up by such a document stays visible, which is how B2B turnover quietly goes missing otherwise.
Getting paid, with the money landing on your account
An invoice can carry a payment link, and what your customer pays arrives in your own account rather than passing through ours. Your bank account number is printed next to that link, so an invoice processed by a machine always finds somewhere to remit to.
